Four valleys at the door.

Stillach, Trettach, Oy, Rappenalp — four valleys start at the house. Bike safe in the ski cellar, a socket to charge, rental five minutes away. Three apartments, no car needed.

At the door

Four valleys, one start

01

Straight into the valley

Four valleys begin practically at the house: Stillach, Trettach, Oy, Rappenalp. Flat and family-friendly along the streams, or up to the alpine pastures and huts.

For more: the Riedbergpass, Bavaria's highest road pass, is ridable straight from Oberstdorf.

02

E-bike and rental

An e-bike makes the long valleys and steep climbs relaxed — especially for families. Rental is about five minutes away; you don't need to bring your own bike.

Routes with distances and elevation are on the activities page — here it is about where you stay.

In the house

Bike safe, overnight

01

Stored in the ski cellar

Your bike sits overnight in the ski cellar, not in the hallway and not outside. Dry, out of sight, ready in the morning.

For an expensive MTB or e-bike that is the difference between sleeping easy and not.

02

Charging in the cellar

There are sockets in the cellar — charge the battery overnight, full range the next morning. No cable across the apartment.

Ute will tell you which apartment suits your group.

Without a car

Set off where others park

01

No drive-out

Most tours start within walking distance — no bike on the car, no parking hunt at the valley entrance. Get on and go.

In summer the cable car is included with the stay (1 May to 8 November); some lifts carry bikes, for a fee.

02

After the ride

Your own kitchen for self-catering, a short walk to the centre in the evening. The Therme is eight minutes away — a good counterpoint after long climbs.

What there is to do around here is on the activities page.
