Everything included
This is now the fifth time we have spent a lovely holiday in this great apartment. Good location, parking right by the house, and everything you need is there. Plus two lovely balconies with a beautiful view that round off the holiday feeling.
The apartment was furnished with great taste. The east-facing balcony is especially lovely when the morning sun comes in. The south-facing one isn't really a balcony — more of a living-room extension to the south, with many windows.
The apartment is very well equipped. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shops and grocery stores, the ski jump. The 'winter garden' / balcony was wonderful and the view a dream.

Ninety square metres on the second floor. Two bedrooms, one with a sloping ceiling. Living room with two dark-violet sofas and an arc lamp, kitchen with its own dining table, bathroom with bathtub and shower. The oak-look wooden floor is newly laid, because the old one was worn. It brightens the room without making it cold. Pleated blinds in warm yellow, sofas in deep violet. Not safe colours, but ones that work in this apartment.
Catarina has three places where you spend the day — and that is plenty for ninety square metres. The east-facing balcony for the morning coffee, looking out at Söllereck and the Heini-Klopfer ski-flying hill. The Sun Room with its large windows for the hours when it is too cool outside and you still want the light. And the living room for the evening, when the sun has gone and the arc lamp is on.
Couples who want space. Three guests, none of whom wants to sleep on a couch. Those who like to sit long in the kitchen and cook rather than eat out. Those who want to have breakfast on the balcony in the morning, not in a restaurant. Those who explore Oberstdorf hour by hour — village centre and lift are five to eight minutes on foot, the car stays parked all week.
