The venue
Eissportzentrum Oberstdorf has three ice surfaces, is a national training base and holds the ISU Center of Excellence label. Skaters from around the world have trained here for some 70 years. Belgium, Japan, Korea — we have hosted them.
The ice centre is a short walk away. No car, no parking scramble before early ice time. Three holiday apartments under one roof — for skaters, coaches and families.

The Nebelhorn Trophy has opened the season every September since 1969; the German Championships follow in December. Dates and tickets sit with the Eissportzentrum — we link, we do not promise.
Seven minutes to the rink. Early ice time means you walk — no car, no parking, no detour before training.
A kitchen to cook for yourself, room for equipment, quiet enough to recover in the evening.
On your own → Hannes. Two or three → Catarina. Up to four → Stillach. Ute sorts out which one is free with you.
The visitor's tax is charged on top, €4.70 per adult per night. The mountain-lift pass is included in summer only (May to November), not in winter. See the apartments →

These weeks book out early — in the village and here. Write in good time.
Parents, siblings, grandparents: all under one roof, no second lodging needed.
Walk back to the house between sessions — rest, eat, head out again. That works here because the way is short.
A camp rarely lasts two nights. There is room for weeks — a full kitchen for self-catering, a washing machine in Catarina.
Terms for longer stays are arranged directly with Ute.
Skates, blade guards, wet clothing — all of it dries in the ski cellar, not in the apartment.
Quiet enough in the evening to recover. That matters after hard sessions on the ice.
Early ice means an early start. Seven minutes on foot, no car, no dark car park.
Back to the house after the session — nobody makes breakfast at the stadium.
Those who come along but stay off the ice have the village at the door. The thermal spa is eight minutes away, the centre seven.
What there is to do around here is on the activities page — summer and winter.
Seven minutes on foot. The Eissportzentrum sits on the eastern edge of the village, right by the Nebelhorn lift — no car needed, not even for early ice.
